What are industrial assemblies?

Under Industrial Assembly you can summarize anything that falls under construction, dismantling or conversion of machines and machine systems up to build up of the entire production facilities. In extreme cases, an entire production site will be relocated from one place to another. That means that a factory is dismantled at one location in order to be fully rebuilt at another location. Such relocations may take place even across continents, until the production unit is fully functional again. We at ORCA Industriemontagen take care of all steps for our customers on request; from scheduling, dismantling, packaging and logistics (transport and/or shipping) to complete reassembly at the desired location. We are a full-service provider when it comes to industrial relocation.

Does ORCA Industriemontagen only dismantle and rebuild used machines?

No, ORCA Industriemontagen also builds up new machines and full plants worldwide and ensure the full working conditions at the new place. We provide this service for well-known manufacturers, with whom we have concluded framework agreements, among other things, as well as for customers who have purchased a new machine and would like to have it fully functional installed without involvement of the original manufacturer.

Why is there no price list on the website?

All services of ORCA Industrial Assemblies are individual. No assembly, no project is the same. It depends on the your details (What kind of machine, reassembly or relocation or disassembly? Where in the world will the project take place?) No two projects are the same. How long is the planning lead time to dismantle a machine and rebuild it?

The sooner we as ORCA Industrial Assemblies are involved in the planning, the better it is. The technical and logistical details must be clarified before we can provide you with a valid feedback. With the preparation of an offer, we will provide you with planned advance time and what requirements are needed to ensure a project execution in a timely matter.
